 In order to achieve a top quality of construction we ensure that all our staff members have detailed knowledge about the project. We select only qualified office staff, field supervisors and trade contractors. We have an excellent relationship with local trade contractors. We get their full co-operation as we look after their interest also. All our superintendents maintain and follow a company's standard inspection check lists. We arrange for all inspections to be conducted by the city inspectors, consultants and independent inspectors in a timely fashion, in order to deliver a flawless product. The Principal of the company gets involve personally in each and every project to ensure all the areas are covered. Our project checklist allows our team to deliver a project with minimal deficiencies. |

Schedule And Pre-Planning Process |

 When we proceed with pre-planning, we only employ qualified personnel and trades in our projects.
We carefully select our trade contractors to quote our projects from our short list of preferred contractors. This includes proper interview process and we take into account their past experience. We use a comprehensive project management system to ensure that the flow of information to all team members provides an effective tool that will keep the project on schedule and under budget.
Other approaches to maintain the schedule includes pre-ordering of long delivery items and negotiating contracts early with critical trades to ensure material and man power availability.
In case of fast track projects where a schedule is shorter than normal construction time, we can commit additional forces and equipment to satisfy the client's need.

Cost Control |

 We are very serious about construction cost control. In order to stay within the owner's budget or lower; we look beyond the drawings and specifications. We will bring our insight and forward thinking to maximize efficiencies, suggest design enhancements, and make recommendations on better performing products to extend the building life and quality. We will work with the designers to maintain their design while at the same time, keeping the building costs within the budget. We watch for the cost savings from the design stage to the completion of the project. We utilize all the latest project management tools and project reporting software. We are equipped with the latest communication systems with cutting edge technology. |

Value Engineering And Cost Savings |

|
 Value engineering (VE) is a systematic method to improve the "value" of goods and services by using an examination of function. Value, as defined, is the ratio of function to cost. Value can therefore be increased by either improving the function or reducing the cost. It is a primary tenet of value engineering that basic functions be preserved and not be reduced as a consequence of pursuing value improvements. We believe in giving full value to the clients for their money and provide leadership in putting your money where it will offer the greatest value .
We are always pro active in looking after this aspect while ensuring the project comes within the budget.
Our VE uses a combination of creative and analytical techniques to identify alternative ways to achieve objectives. |

Safety Program |

 At C3m, we have developed a culture that promotes an injury-free environment and provides the safest workplace possible for our employees, subcontractors, clients and others who enter our construction sites. Our mantra is: "Every worker goes home from each of our jobs, every day."
We provide full safety training and an orientation program to all our employees and trades. All our employees and trades are equipped with safety equipments. As a part of our safety program, we only hire licensed trades. We are very serious about safe practices and follow all rules and guidelines as laid downed by Work Safe BC and the BC Safety Authority. Everyone is encouraged to look at our Health and safety manual which is easily accessible at our head office and at our all sites. |

LEED certified buildings use key resources more efficiently when compared to conventional buildings.
